The first quarter of 2023 is coming to end soon, we are so happy to have been running numerous face-to-face focus groups and co-creation workshops in Shanghai/Hong Kong, at the same time, discussing with the consumers from around Asia over Zoom. The new hybrid way of communication not only brings back to us the tangible and highly interactive discussion that we used to have before, but also a more efficient way of idea generation without location restriction. Change is never an end in itself, let's be bold and embrace a "change mindset" in the new normal, to drive the change that we wanna see.
